What this policy is for
This policy explains what Baltimore Lead Removal (the "site", at baltimoreleadremoval.com) collects, why, and who sees it.
Our role is to pass your request to lead pros, so most of what we hold is what you choose to send.
Operator: Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772. References to "we" below mean Terra Nova Trading LLC.
Information we collect
- Request form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you choose and anything typed in the message box. We also receive your role and the approximate year the building was built, if you give them. We also store a record of your consent: the wording shown, its version, and the date and time.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type, the automated replies, and a random session ID held in your browser while the tab is open. Contact details left in the chat are stored with your request.
- Calls to (443) 452-6554: a log is kept with your phone number, the time and duration. You are told the call may be recorded, and once the call is answered that portion may be recorded. Voicemail messages are transcribed to text.
- Technical data: loading a page logs the page, your IP address, where you came from and your browser. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and receives your IP address in the process. The site does not use advertising or retargeting pixels.
Health details
Please leave health details, for example blood lead test results, out of the form, chat and voicemail.
We do not need it to connect you with a pro, and we are unable to give medical advice.
How we use it
We use what you send to pass your request to lead pros and to follow up with you.
It is also used to document your consent, filter out fake or automated submissions, and maintain the site.
Who we share it with
When you submit a request, we send it to no more than three lead pros.
The pros are not part of this site. Their own privacy practices apply to what they hold.
Companies that host the site, deliver calls, texts and email, and run the AI model used by the chat handle data on our behalf, for those purposes only.
We will disclose information if legally required, and when needed to handle fraud, abuse or security threats.
Pros can pay for the requests or calls we send them. If your state counts that as selling personal information, the state section below tells you how to opt out.
Texts, calls and email
The consent box you ticked allows no more than three pros to call, text and email you about your request, including by automated means.
You do not have to consent to use the site. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to a text to opt out and HELP for help. If several pros text you, reply STOP to each one.
How long we keep it
Chat, call and visit logs are deleted once they are 24 months old.
We keep your request and your consent record for 5 years as proof of consent, after which they are erased or de-identified.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Security
Sensible safeguards are in place for the information we hold.
Nothing online is risk-free, and we are unable to offer a guarantee.
Minors
This site is intended for adult visitors, not children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect their information, and if you think a child has sent us some, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may ask to see, fix or delete your information, or to stop us sharing it with pros.
You can email privacy@baltimoreleadremoval.com, use the contact form on this site or call (443) 452-6554. We may need to verify your identity first, and we honor sensible requests from anyone, whichever state you live in.
Maryland residents
Maryland's consumer privacy law may give you rights to confirm and access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising and profiling. We do not run targeted advertising. Contact us as described above and we will respond within the time the law allows; you may appeal a refusal by replying to us.
